The cost and time for international deliveries vary depending on the dimensions, weight and destination.

Delivery of orders in UK takes up to 5 days depending on the option chosen by you from the list of delivery options during your purchase. For the deliveries outside UK it might take up to 10 days.
The orders are sent with Royal Mail or other currier and it will be required a signature upon receipt of the parcel, therefore we recommend to provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign. When the order is dispatch you will receive a confirmation email. A notification with the following instructions will be left by the currier if there is no answer at the delivery address.
Please note that the deliveries are not made on Sunday or on Bank Holidays.
The delivery times on our website are estimated, therefore some delays can occur. Wise Vintage does not take the responsibility of the eventual delays of deliveries and will not refund the delivery costs in these cases.  
For the option Next Day Delivery you need to place your order before 1 pm on a working day and the order will be delivered to you next working day.
For international deliveries some charges may apply for import duties and they will be supported by the recipient. We recommend contacting your local custom office before placing the order to avoid any unexpected charges.
We accept return of the items within 14 days of receiving them by you. We advice to book your currier pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to assure the items arrive our location in time. To return an item please access Return on our site and complete the Product Return form with your details, order ID, product code, name and reasons you are returning the item.

The returned items should be in conformity with the following criteria: the items should be in the same condition as they were sent out, the items must have all original tags, the items have not been worn and free from odors, footwear must be returned in original shoe boxes to avoid damage during delivery. The refund for the items will not be made if they are not in conformity with the above criteria.
The items can be exchanged with another item from our online store. You can receive store credit to the value of your initial purchase, excluding postage costs. The cost of postage will be supported by the customer as for original delivery, as for return. We will refund exclusively the cost of the items. The items that are on sale or are discounted are not refundable or returnable. Wise Vintage accepts to support the costs of the postage only for the returns of damaged or faulty item of our error.
The refund will be made into your original account after receiving the returned item. You can access your account to check the returning process. We advise to keep the postage receipt and the recorded mail as we are not responsible for lost parcel by curriers. The items must be packed carefully to avoid damage during the returning delivery.
