We cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time of placing the order and if the item is no longer available we will acknowledge the buyer by e-mail.

Condition of items and authenticity

Each item goes through thorough checks for authentication and we would never offer intentionally a counterfeit item. As our products belong to the vintage category of items that have been worn, therefore we cannot guarantee the origin of all items and are not accountable for it. If you receive an item that you consider is not in conformity with the brand listed in the site please contact us in order to return the item and get the refund. In order to ensure that the customer chooses the right item our site contains all necessary information about sizing and measurement in conformity with today’s clothing sizes.

Conditions of sales

When placing the orders it means you agree to the present Terms and Conditions and all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the price. We reserve the right to refuse the order in the following conditions:

-       Unavailability of the product in stock

-       Unauthorized payment

-       Error identification within the product information 

Payment

We accept payments through all major credit and debit cards mentioned on our site and PayPal system. The transactions can be made only by the card holder. The products will be dispatched only after the authorized check and confirmation of the payment is received.

Delivery

Upon a placing an order you will receive an email confirming the purchase that does not constitute a contract. The orders may be cancelled if the item is out of stock, unauthorized payment, fraudulent intent, and incorrect item price. We will send an acknowledgment by email to confirm the acceptance of the order and the contract between us will constitute only when the order will be dispatched and we will send a confirmation email.

Returns

Wise Vintage accepts returns of the items within 14 days of receiving them. If you wish to return an item please complete the Returns form with your personal details and your ID order and explain the reasons of returning of the item. The returned items should be in conformity with following criteria:

-       The items should be in the same condition as they were received

-       The items must have all original tags

-       The items have not been worn and free from odors

The cost of postage will be supported by the customer as for original delivery, as for return. We will refund exclusively the cost of the items. For more information access Delivery & Returns. The items that are on sale or are discounted are not refundable or returnable. Wise Vintage accepts to support the costs of the postage only for the returns of damaged or faulty item because of our error.

Prices

The prices of each item include VAT and exclude shipping costs. We take the right to apply changes to the prices due to the promotion or selling period or currency exchange rate changes before the order is accepted. If you are the customer outside UK the final price will be calculated in conformity with applicable exchange rate on the day of the payment. We do not hold responsibility for any currency change that may be applies by any bank. We try to assure that the prices and the details are accurate on our site, still errors may occur. If there any error of the ordered item discovered we will give you an option to cancel the order or to reconfirm the order at the changed price. We take the right to change the prices without prior notice.

Governing Law

Wise Vintage complies in accordance with British law and may be subject to change. In the event of any dispute or claim in regards to our Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
